Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use simple dhikr app ("the app"), made by Lilac Bread ("we"). By using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. What the app is
The app is a free tool for counting and tracking your daily dhikr. Your counts, history and streak are your own personal record. The app does not give religious rulings or guidance.
2. Your account
- You can sign up with an email address, sign in with Google, or continue as a guest.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Guest accounts exist only on the device and app installation where they were created. If you log out, uninstall the app or lose the device, a guest account and its data are gone for good. Use "Save your progress" on the Profile screen to keep them.
- You can delete your account at any time under Profile → Delete Account.
3. Using the app fairly
Please don't:
- try to access other people's accounts or data;
- interfere with, overload or disrupt the app or the services it runs on;
- use the app for anything unlawful, or use automated means to abuse it.
We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
4. Your content
The dhikr names, targets and counts you enter are yours. You allow us to store and process them only to run the app for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Changes to the app
The app is provided free of charge. We may add, change or remove features, or stop offering the app. If we plan to shut it down, we will try to give reasonable notice so you can see your history before it goes.
6. No guarantees
We work to keep the app reliable and your data safe, but the app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that data will never be lost.
7. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, Lilac Bread is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited where you live.
8. App stores
If you downloaded the app from Google Play or the App Store, that store's own terms also apply to your use of it.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. This does not take away any protection you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.
